Ingredients

  • Curd 1 cup


  • Sabudana 1/4 cup


  • Roasted n crushed cumin seeds 1/4 tsp


  • Black salt 1/4 tsp


  • Sugar 1/2 tsp


  • Chopped green chili 1/4 tsp


  • Chopped coriander leaves 1 tsp


  • Roasted peanuts powder 1 tbsp


  • Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp

Directions

  • Dry roast the sabudana for two mins Soak sago / sabudana for 2 hours and strain it. Whisk the curd. Add roasted n crushed cumin seeds,black salt,sugar and mix well. Add green chilly, sabudana,roasted peanuts powder and coriander leaves and mix well. Garnish with roasted peanuts,pomegranate seeds and coriander leaves Serve chilled.
